Mae Ploy Tom Yum Paste 400g

The Thai paste is traditionally used as a base to make a zingy Tom Yum soup but can also be used as a meat marinade or in stir-fries

Ingredients: Lemongrass (22%), SOYBEAN Oil 20%, Sugar 9%, Shallot 8%, Hydrolyzed SOY Protein 6%, Dried Red Chilli 5%, Garlic 5%, Galangal 5%, Salt 3%, Acid: Citric Acid (E330) 2.5%, Tamarind 2%, SHRMP Paste (SHRIMP 80%, Salt) 2%, FISH Sauce (ANCHOVY 70%), 2% Flavour Enhancer: Monosodium Glutamate (E621) 2%, Dried SHRIMP 1%, Kaffir Lime Peel 0.5%.
