Delivery Information

We currently offer delivery to the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. See the following table for delivery charges.

Our aim is to deliver your order within the times specified, once we have received your payment. (Note: Delivery days are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm).

Maximum weight allowance per parcel is 30kg, this has to include all external and internal packaging and product packaging (glass, packets, boxes etc). Therefore a maximum of 27kg in goods should be ordered to leave 3kg for required packaging. Delivery weight will be shown at checkout. Delivery charges for orders which exceed 30kg will be calculated at the checkout.

All deliveries are subject to availability of stock. We may need to contact you if items are out of stock and advise next availability.  This may affect when you will receive your order.

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided during the checkout process. If you need to change the delivery address see our FAQs.

European Delivery

We are not currently delivering outside the UK areas listed in our delivery table. 

Delivery Times

While we make every effort to deliver your parcel within the specified times, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of carrier actions beyond our control.

Please contact customer@asiandukan.com, if you have not received your goods within a reasonable time frame. We will try to locate and get your goods to you as soon as possible, or you may cancel the order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified lost by the carrier.

If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of the customer's failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company.
