Delivery Guide

We currently offer delivery to UK/Mainland, Highlands, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White & Channel Islands. 

Our aim is to deliver your order within the times specified on receipt of payment has been confirmed. (Note: Business Days are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm).

Maximum weight allowance per parcel is 30kg, this has to include all packaging and product packaging (glass, packets, boxes etc). A maximum of 27kg should be ordered to leave 3kg for this. Delivery charges for orders which exceed 30kg will be calculated at checkout.

All deliveries are subject to availability of stock. We may need to contact you and advise you of stock unavailability and when you might receive the order.

Delivery will be made to the address provided, our chosen carrier is Royal Mail & Parcel Force.

European Delivery

We Deliver to the following European countries:

Delivery Times

While we make every effort to deliver your parcel within the specified times, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of carrier actions beyond our control.

Please contact [email protected], if you have not received your goods within a reasonable time frame. We will however try and get your goods to you or you may cancel the order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified lost by the carrier.

If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company.
