Shatawari is a species of asparagus that growns in rocky soils in India and the Himalayas. Shatawari has been used traditionally to support and balance.

Ingredients: Asparagus racemosus extract, vegetable cellulose capsule.

Usage: Adults (14 years and above) 2 capsules daily before bedtime with warm water.
