Ingredients: Bengal Gram, Turmeric, Dry Green Chillies, Sugar, Roasted Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cumin, Mustard, Fenugreek Curry Leaves, Asafoetida

Ingredients Required: Curd 500ml, Gramflour 125gms, Cumin Seeds 1/4 tbsp, Whole Red Chillies 4, Ghee/Oil 25ml, Mangal Kadhi Masala 2 tbsp, Salt to taste, Water 4 cups, Curry Leaves 7-8.

Method: Beat the curd, Gramflour and water well. Heat this mixture. Add salt & Mangal Kadhi Masala bring it to boil. Heat Ghee/Oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. Chillies, Curry Leaves & pour over the Kadhi. Mix well & serve hot.
