A south Indian lentil / dal, found in only south Indian restaurants. Made from split red gram, spices, curry leaves, vegetables such as drumsticks, onions carrots and desiccated coconut.
Ingredients - Redgram splits (36%), Salt, Coriander, Sugar, Rice, Tamarind concerntrate, Refined Sunflower Oil, Cumin, Red Chilli, Fenugreek, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Food Acid, Tartaric acid (e334), Cinnamon, Turmeric & Asafoetida.
