Ingredients: Urad Flour, Salt, Rice Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Coconut Oil
Cooking Instruction: Heat sufficent oil in a pan to immerse a papadum. Once hot place each papadum in oil and fry one at time. Ensure that each papadam is well covered and fry for 3-4 seconds. Remove papadum, place on kitchen paper to drain excess oil and serve with mango chutney or a condiment of your choice.
Storage Instructions: Once opened transfer contents to an air tight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
