Tandoori is a traditional cooking style, which has been around for many hundreds of years. Similar to barbecuing the difference here is that the cooking takes place in a Tandoor which is a cylindrical oven made of clay, heated by charcoal, wood, gas or even electricity.

Ingredients Required:

Meat (Lamb, Mutton, Chicken or Beef) Preferably Chicken 1 1/2 kg - 2 chickens each in 8-12 pieces

Yogurt (whipped), 150g

Lemon Juice or Vinegar, 8 tablespoons

Ghee/Butter/Oil 75g
