A blend of salt and spices specially formulated to provide a typical Jamaican Jerk flavour when used on meat, fish and poultry.
Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Ground Cayenne Pepper, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Bay, Ground Pimento, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Oregano, Ground Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator (E330), Flavourings, Spice Extracts, Anti-caking Agent (E551).
Directions: Rub or sprinkle 1-2 tsp of seasoning per 400g of poultry, meat or fish.
