A classic bean with a "dry" but creamy texture. High in protein and fibre these beans are a staple base for many Asian and African stews and casseroles. Never eat raw or uncooked beans or pulses. Unless advised otherwise,
Cooking Instructions: Soak peas in water for 12 hours then rinse and drain, Boil rapdily in fresh water for 15 minutes then simmer for 50 minutes or until tender.
Storage: Once opened remove to an airtight container. Store in a cool dry place.
