Mung Beans are a good source of protein and are high in dietary fibre.

A delicious small green bean with a creamy nutty flavour. Also used for bean sprouts.

Cooking Instructions: Soak beans in water for 12 hours or overnight. Rinse thoroughly and drain. Add fresh water, bring to the boil and simmer for 30 - 40 minutes or until tender.

Storage: Once opened remove to an airtight container. Store in a cool dry place.
