Della Terra Gluten Free Thin Crust Pizza Dough

  • 500g Della Terra Gluten Free Pizza Flour
  • 500ml Water
  • 20g Olive Oil
  • 10g Dry Instant Yeast
  • 14g Salt

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Mix the gluten free pizza flour with the yeast and the water, then add the olive oil and lastly the salt. Mix well. Let it rise for approximately 3 hours until the volume has doubled.

Sprinkle the worktop with flour and cut dough into balls of approx, 250g. Roll out and add tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil for an authentic Neopolitan pizza! Cook in a pre-heated oven at 220 degrees for 6-8 min.
