Fudco Brown Basmati Rice

Cooking Instruction: Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of salt if preferred. Measure approximately half a cup of rice per person. Rinse well. Addrice to the water to the boil then stir well. Lower the heat to a fast simmer and cook for 25 minutes. Drain and allow to stand for 2 minutes, fork through a little butter or oil. Serve Hot.
