A traditional crispy snack, pappadums are usually served as an appetiser or with a main meal. Our pappadums are made using the finest quality ingredients for an authentic taste. Pappadums can be enjoyed on their own, but are delicious when dipped in pickle or chutney.

Ingredients: Urad Dal Flour (Matpe Lentil Flour), Salt, Black Pepper, Sodium Bicarbonate Soda (E500), Cottonseed Oil & Asafoetida.
Allergy Advice: Produced in an environment that handles wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts, mustard, sesame seeds and soya.
Deep Fry: Heat oil in a large deep pan wok (200C). To test oil, drop a piece of pappadum in to the oil. If it starts to expand and bubble, the oil is hot enough. Gently drop the pappadums one at a time, holding under the oil with tongs. Take out the pappadums within 3-4 seconds. Place pappadum upright and drain excess oil. Then serve.
Grill/BBQ: Place pappadum under hot grill. Cook until pappadum turns golden colour.
Microwave: Lightly brush one side of a pappadum with low fat oil. Place one pappadum on a paper towel, then microwave for approximately 60-90 seconds.
Open Flames: Roast pappadums one at a time over low gas flame. Turn pappadum frequently using tongs.
