Since the 17th century, Jamaicans have enjoyed the spicy flavour of jerked meats. Grace Hot Jerk Seasoning is a special blend of herbs and spices - featuring Jamaican's own hot country pepper and Scotch Bonnet peppers, blended with famous Jamaican pimento for authentic Caribbean flavour.
Ingredients - Escallion, Hot peppers, Salt, Brown Sugar, Pimento, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cane Vinegar, Thyme and Ginger powder, Spices
Directions: Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of grace jerk seasoning per 1 pound of fully thawed meat, chicken, seafood or vegetables. Rub the seasoning thoroughly in, to allow the marinade for at least one hour. Then cook on the barbecue grill, on the stovetop or in the oven using your favorite method. No other spices, seasonings or salt are necessary when you use grace jerk seasoning.
