A delicious and popular dish from Kashmir. Small new potatoes cooked in a spicy sauce. Served as a main dish with basmati rice or naan breads. Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients - Potatoes, Tomatoes, Butter Oil, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Chillies. Directions - Place contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Or Micro wave; Based on 650 watt oven. Empty contents into a microwave dish and heat on full power for 3 minutes stirring halfway through.

Storage - Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
