A favourite vegetarian dish from Punjab 'The Land of the Five Rivers'. A wonderful dish bursting with flavour, it is as nutritious as it is delicious. It is a very popular vegetable curry made of a combination of Mustard Leaves and spinach cooked with fresh herbs, spices and butter bleneded in onion, tomato, and tempered with chillies and garlic for a smooth textured finish. 

Absolutely delicious with Indian bread i.e. Naan, Paratha or Chapatti, it is tradionally served with "Makai ki Roti", a flat bread made from corn flour.

Ingredients - Mustard Leaves (25%), Spniach, Turnip, Onion, Tomato, Ghee (Milk), Green Sorrel Leaves Fenugreek Leaves, Raddish, Corn Flour, Ginger, Chilli, Salt & Sugar.
