Vitamin B9 & B12 - Bournvita also contains B9 and B12 which are known to be important for maintenance of healthy blood. They are required for the multiplication and maturation of red blood cells.

Iron - Iron is essential for the formation of Haemoglobin of red blood cells and plays an important role in the transport of oxygen in the body. Bournvita provides 100% of daily requirement of Iron for Indian school ade children.

Vitamin B2 - Bournvita contains Vitamin B2 which is required for the release of energy from food & is important for iron metabolisim as well. Among the several B complex vitamins. Vitamin B deficiency is most common particularly among children in India.
