Dunn's River Jerk Seasoning adds flavour to many sauces & dressings and can be mixed with natural yogurt as a marinade for kebabs.

Ingredients - Escallion (Sprin Onions), Salt, Red Pepper, Pimento, Sugar, Black Pepper, Thyme, Garlic, Vinegar, Spices, Corn Oil. 

Directions - Rub Dunn's River Jerk Seasoning into chicken, meat or fish and leave to marinate for serveral hours, then grill on a barbeque for for an authentic Jamaican flavour. Alterntively cook under a medium grill or bake in a moderate oven. Bav's Jerk Lamb Chops Reciepe - In a large mixing bowl add 2 tablespoons of Dunn's River Jerk Seasoning paste and squeeze a whole fresh medium yellow lemon into the paste and mix well. Take 1kg of lamb front chops, 15mm thick cut, place in the bowl and mix well. Leave to marinate for an hour minimum. Cook on a barbecue or place in a roasting tray and into a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes turning once, remove and serve hot.
